Nursery School

For children aged 2 ½ to 3 ½ years, Tender Years is committed to introducing pre-school children to education in a fun, stimulating and supportive way.

We believe that the basics of learning are important to a child’s education foundation and development. We also believe that building confidence and independence at a young age, through positive reinforcement, is critical for future learning.

As such, our Nursery program offers the following:

1Well-planned, theme-based curriculum that stimulates children in all areas of their development.

3Regular group circles that expand social, language and listening skills through hands-on
visual teaching activities where every child gets involved.

Junior and Senior Kindergarten

For children aged 3 ½ to 6 years, Tender Years offers expanded, rich learning that goes beyond the core public/separate school kindergarten curriculum.

Our 10:1 student-to-teacher ratio ensures that your child receives the individual attention they deserve.  Our Kindergarten staff is committed to ensuring your child receives individual programming that is ideally suited to them and their academic and personal areas for growth.

Our theme-based approach to learning is designed to motivate self-confidence.  We believe that learning occurs when children have a feeling of self-worth.  Only then are children willing and able to take risks and continue the learning process.
